HITE Engineering provides services for the printing industry. The printing industry presents such unique challenges as:

• Storage and use of flammable and combustible inks
• Gravure rollers that need to keep rotating during a line stoppage or they will dry out
• Multiple locations where a person can enter a guarded area and not be seen by others on line start-up
• A requirement to operate the Line in jog or thread-up mode with the main perimeter guarding bypassed
• Ventilation to provide proper flash-off and flammable vapour control to minimize the hazardous area classifications
